About us

LSVVT seeks to unite associations operating in the Republic of Lithuania whose activities, competences or membership can contribute to strengthening small and medium enterprises.

The association coordinates its members' common position and submits proposals on the business environment, regulation, taxation, financing, administrative burden, regional development and other issues relevant to business.

LSVVT represents the common interests of its members in the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government, ministries, municipalities and other institutions.

LSVVT is not a state or municipal institution and does not act as a public administration body unless such powers have been granted in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.

Goals

Unite associations

Build a common cooperation platform for regional, sectoral and thematic associations.

Coordinate positions

Shape a coordinated members' approach to decisions important for small and medium enterprises.

Represent interests

Constructively represent members in state and municipal institutions.

Strengthen the regions

Increase the visibility, competences and influence of regional and thematic business associations.

Activities

Analysis of legislative and public administration initiatives.
Preparation of positions, proposals and recommendations.
Dialogue with the Seimas, the Government, ministries and municipalities.
Conferences, discussions, consultations, surveys and research.
Strengthening cooperation between regional and sectoral associations.

Membership

After the registration of the Association, associations established in the Republic of Lithuania are admitted as new LSVVT members.

The candidate should state:

joining objectives;
motivation;
expected contribution;
confirmation of impeccable reputation;
commitment to comply with the LSVVT statutes and internal documents.
